What types of projects do you typically take on?

You name it, I've done it. Not niching down into one particular area is my niche! I work across branding, websites, motion graphics, and marketing collateral — everything from large-scale stadium graphics and social campaigns to event materials, websites, and full visual identities. My projects are all strategy-led and created for cohesive, long-term brand growth

What’s your process like from start to finish?

There truly isn't a one-size-fits-all answer, because I make sure my process fits the project's specific needs. One core step is understanding the project's goals and audience. Once that is established, I'll outline the project’s unique path toward the final deliverable.

How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and responsiveness throughout the process. Some projects may take a few days, while others span several weeks or months. I also offer expedited services when needed so your deliverable is in your hands by the time you need it. Once I understand your project goals, I’ll provide a clearer timeline moving forward.

Do you offer ongoing design support or retainers?

Yes! These are actually my favorite type of relationships because I love watching brands grow through our work together over time. Retainers can include anything from social media content and marketing materials to website updates, motion graphics, campaigns, and general brand support.

Retainers are based on a $65/hr structure. For example:

15 hrs/mo — $975
20 hrs/mo — $1,300
30 hrs/mo — $1,950
40 hrs/mo — $2,600

What are your pricing ranges or starting rates?

Projects are based on scope, but my standard rate starts at $65/hr. Pricing varies depending on the complexity, timeline, and overall project needs.

A few general starting points:
Retainers: starting at $650/mo
Websites: starting around $2,000+
Brand identity systems: starting around $1,500+
Small marketing collateral projects: starting around $400+

For reference, most experienced freelance designers charge anywhere from roughly $45–$100+/hr.

How do payments work?

Most projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For retainers, payment is typically made at the start of the retainer period. I accept payments through secure digital invoicing, where clients can pay through credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer.

How do you approach strategy

Strategy is the most important part of any project, and some projects are naturally more strategy-heavy than others. Sometimes our initial conversations provide all the direction needed to move into design, while other projects may require a deeper strategy phase that spans several weeks.

Will I be able to edit things myself after the project is done?

Absolutely. I’ll always hand off the native Adobe files and depending on the project, I can also provide editable Canva templates, PowerPoint templates, or easy-to-manage website builders. I want your internal team to be able to reuse or rework the materials we create together, and I’ll always be available for support should your team run into any issues with those assets.
